All ARC and Compliance issues or requests must be addressed by the homeowner directly with the appropriate Chair. The Board is not involved in and is not responsible for forwarding any inquiries related to ARC or Compliance because, in the event that a homeowner disagrees with an ARC Committee decision or a Compliance action, the Board is responsible for hearing that homeowner's request for variance.
